I always get zits on my chin about halfway to 3/4 way through my cycle..what hormone causes this? Estrogen? Progesterone? Does it have anything to do with ovulation?Hormonal zits around chin/mouth during cycle? Any relation to ovulation?
Ovulation definitely causes a change in your hormone levels that could cause hormonal breakouts. It's most likely the drop in estrogen that you experience just after ovulation that is causing these outbreaks.
