mud masks can be very soothing, or very drying, they will not get rid of acne.try to find a natural soap, perhaps a home made soap.


avoid greasy foods, avoid foundation macup. don't over wash, you can damage the skin and have more problems. maybe go to a place that has skin care products, they could advise you about what you could use, but don't get sucked into buying a LOT of expensive stuff you don't need.Do mask work to get rid of zits?
In my experience, masks do work but only if you are consistent with them. You will most likely not get results in just one use but if you do it consistently you might have a better chance of getting the results you want. The other thing is that you have to get a mask that is going to work for your skin type. Getting the wrong type of mask will not help you anyone. Good luck!
