Does ice get rid of zits overnight?

my mom has sensitive skin and so do i. and she used to use ice to help the zit elevation go down, has anybody tried it? does it work???Does ice get rid of zits overnight?
Someone has tried it and told you so, your mom! What's wrong with taking her advice? The worse that can happen is you'll get your Jammie's wet!

well if its a normal pimple like round and red lol it should bring down some of the swelling and redness. but u have sensitive skin to be careful put the ice in a towel or something first. And it might be red for a bit after u do it so i suggest doing it the night before or something

Ice does reduce swelling in on somethings, but I'm not sure about ice...never tried it...you know...I'm truly sorry please forgive...I swear to God (I'm very religious) that I'll try not to be rude to people like that and take anger out on others.
i havent tried it, but what works really well for me is putting a couple drops of eye drops on it like Visine. it really reduces the size and redness of it.

Ice will only make the swelling do down, but it doesn't make the blemish go away for good over night. Ice will only stop redness and swelling.
yeah the elevation goes down but the zit is still there
