Does hydrogen peroxide help get rid of zits?

if i have a few zits and i put peroxide on them will it help get rid of them or atleast help them be less noticable?Does hydrogen peroxide help get rid of zits?
Use toothpaste. Really, my aunt told me that one. As far as the peroxide Im not sure, but just take some toothpaste and rub it over the zits and leave it for about 5 minutes and wash it off. Just make sure to wash off before you leave the house. Youll get some wierd looks if you dont.Does hydrogen peroxide help get rid of zits?
uhh try benzyol peroxide.
no that is very bad for your skin
no - toothpaste is better
no -- but *benzoyl* peroxide definitely does. (for a drugstore product, try neutrogena on-the-spot)

there's a whole regimen for this here: www.acne.org

i'm on it right now, and it works better than any acne meds i've tried in my life.
Read some articles and tips on this site on how to get rid of zits pimples and acne
use oxy pads... maximum strength.

peroxide will only bleach the skin temporarily and well they do nothing but maybe dry the inflamation temporarily also.

something made for acne and that is a dry medication works much faster, of course washing your face down with something that doesn't dry the skin so much where dead skin cells clog pores and cause an infestation like acne.

:D

steaming the face and rubbing it down (massaging it with a soft, thick towel) helps keep the acne and blackhead problem down.

treat your face to stimulation also.. touch the face give it rub downs at times... keeps that blood flow a going on the surface that helps also.
idk i mean it will sting and burn and toothpaste takes it away temporarily, why dont you go for a scrub
