get outta puberty. Works every time.Whats the best way to get rid of zits?
Dr. Murad鈥檚 Acne Complex says that 3 simple steps, 2 times a day can reduce and clear your skin in 4 weeks. Seeing the popularity of Acne Complex one can understand that Acne Complex is certainly effective.

In the Acne Complex kit there are 3 items. A Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel and a Skin Perfecting Lotion. The direction of use is given in the Acne Complex kit. Otherwise you can learn it on the website of Acne Complex. You can even order Acne Complex from their website too.

Eat healthy, take vitamins. Don't use oily hair products. Use a clean soap like Ivory Soap. Wash your face with acne wash. Use Clearasil Ultra spot treatment cream for zits. Then moisturize.
when i wake up and through out the day i wash my face

at night i wash my face with soap, i scrub it with a facial scrub, then i put on a cleanser and use oxy pads, and after i put moiterizing cream on, it helps alot, but yo have to do it everyday
I used to use face-wash all the time , but i still got pimples! I recomend putting nothing on it but just an average soap . Then making sure you wash the soap off. Otherwise the cream/zit remover might just clog your pours, leaving the zit to get bigger. Hope this helps
drink lots of water

use toner along with the creams

never touch your face, especially after eating

you'll have to face it, your gonna have acne if you have acne. Doing the above things will help alot though.

the most most most important thing is to not pick though, it makes it spread. My dermatologist told me about that
Soap %26amp; water

end...
Maybe your skin has become used to the cream. Try washing your face every night and morning with a gentle soap (I recommend Neutrogena liquid soap). Then use a toner, which also helps remove extra oil and dirt. Finally, if you can purchase another cream with benzoyl peroxide, spread a good amount on your face (I suggest doing this only at night).

This is basically the 3-step process found in ProActiv and Clinque's line.

Also, drink water, avoid touching your face if your hands are dirty and if you wear make-up make sure it's noncomedogenic.

Good Luck!
