How do i get rid of zits QUICKLY?

i am going some place tonight where i want to make a good impression. i usualyl have NO zits at all, but just over night i have developed 4...they are really red and painful...and gross. haha. i know it's not the end of the world if i have some zits, but i'd really like to lessen the red/pain/THEM in under an hour...hehe. so please tell em if you have tips! thanksHow do i get rid of zits QUICKLY?

there is a product that you can buy at almost any store called ancne free- it is a over the counter cheap 3 step process, but it works- its so much more affordable and better than proactive medicine-


speaking of medicines, what ones, if any do you take..no, never mind, i dont wanna know- you could always get on the birth control pill even if you are not sexually active- that truly helpc clear your skin, for the most part anyway
do you have any witch hazel and some q tips? if you do dab witch hazel on them, let it dry and then dab again, see if anything happens? meaning are they less red and hurt less?
toothpaste for like 5 minutes then heat it with a warm cloth and if a white head comes up you can pop it if you want butthen DONT touch it!!!!! and just use cover up

DO NOT pop them, it will make it worse! put something cold on them to bring down the swelling, good old cover up will help also =)
press an ice cube to it to reduce the swelling andjust use cover up for today b/c it will take longer than that to heal
