cold water and soap actually helps.

maybe eat less greasy food
Wash your face more often (with soap!) so the skin oils and lipids do not remain on your skin for too long.
just drink lots of water, and wash your face regularly.
try these tablets from the health food store called something salts, silicon and something else. and vitamin pills
buy a product call pro activ

or eat fruits .

lots and lots of fresh green fruits like pears

exotic liek
i hope you have toothpaste...

put toothpaste over your whole face...

then when you wake up..

wash it off..

your face will be clear
It's not greasy food - it's greasy hands.

Wash your face AND your hands constantly. You eat some chips, lick your fingers, and touch your face, and BAM - zits.
Try putting some ice on it to shrink it up...and supposedly toothpaste works...but if you can spend a little money on something, order Tretinoin Cream (0.025%). I got it from my dermatologist and it is amazing. It dries up little pimples and you can just pick them away in a day or two. haha okay well good luck!!
first get a rag soaked with hot water then wash with soap and water.
lemon juice
I know this doesn't make any sense, but when I used to get a ton of zits on my face, I wipes and stuff didn't work, I just put some warm water on a towel and scribbed my face. Not hard, I mean, my skin was a little red for a moment after, but I just used warm water. no soap or anything.

I did it every time I went in the bathroom to do my business or whatever.

And it toally worked after like 3 or 4 days, and I just kept doing it. And it kept working.

Hope that helps
Ok. Tried and true method without buying anything. First, dont wash your face in the shower. After your shower or in the morning:

Without using a cloth wet your face with WARM water and wash with an antibacterial soap if you have it or a soap without perfumes or dyes (white bar that doesnt smell flowery). Rinse with warm water. Pat dry (dont rub as this irritates already irritated skin). Using a cotton ball or tissue, apply peroxide over the skin (avoid eyes and mouth), rinse with WARM water and a splash of cold water and pat dry.

In the evenings or 12 hours later:

Without using a cloth wet the face with WARM water and wash with antibacterial soap or white bar soap (perfume/dye free), rinse with warm water and pat dry. This time, using a cotton ball or tissue apply rubbing alcohol over the area (avoid eyes and mouth) but dont rinse. Avoid open flame until the skin is dry.

*If you wear makeup: apply a clarifying lotion before applying makeup. In the evening if you see makeup or dirt on the cotton ball or tissue you need to wash again as you didn't get your face clean the first time. Not really unusual.

You can also use vitamin E gel caps. Open one and apply the vitamin E directly to the pimples and acne spots at night (its sticky but it helps).

Since the affected area is on your forehead avoid jells and sprays that will clog pores.
u have to buy something...........proactiv is good......
umm....oh-kayyyy to the person talking about corn on the cob. haha

anyway.

im sorry to say that there is nothing you can do without buying anything. i suggest you go to the dermatologist. i used to have pimples on my face. i went to the derma and they prescribed me a face washing routine using two prescription face creams.

within two weeks, my skin was basically flawless.

it may seem expensive, but you'll never need to buy anything again after you get prescription stuff. it has been the best decision i could possibly have made.
wash your face everyday with soap( like regular namebrand soaps, or items like proactive or other special cleansing soaps) it will (hopefully) help control your acne.
proactive
My own experience -- 20 yrs of zits, cleaners, lotions, dermatologist's treatments, light treatments, special diets .... you name it, and the ONLY thing I found that made any difference was prescription hormones.

Today my daughter takes a very light dose of hormones to control her acne and her excessive monthly cramps.
use toothpaste. just a dab on all of your zits before bed and they will dry out by morning
wash ur face. make sure ur hair is clean so it dosent rest on ur face when u sleep and get ur face all oily
First of all, no one has flawless skin. Some people have it better than others, but thats just genes and stuff. Go to www.freewebs .com/reelbeauty11 for skin and beauty tips. I know its for young girls, but it works for anyone!

I know some people who have tried ProActive and it worked, but I also know some others who have tried it and it made it worse :( I know some who have put rubbing alchol on their skin or peroxcide to dry up the pimples. It also kills bacteria :) . Also, try going to a dermotoligist, or ask your regular doctor. Often times the regular doctor, who knows more about your med. history and whatnot can help you more than a dermatologist.

are you a vegetarian? That might have something to do with it. Its worth checking into.

Try dabbing toothpaste or honey on your zits before you go to bed - works wonders.

Overall, remember that beauty counts more on the inside than on the outside, and your true friends will love you for you, and not your skin.

Oh, and try a different kind of foundation, if you wear it. Try to use a kind with lots of water in it. It looks great and doesn't clog pores half as bad. And check your habits - do you prop your chin up a lot with your hands? That might cause the acne as well. Look for the cause, as well as the cure.
Acivu advance or proactive solutions!
Wash your face twice a day with soap and water... works a treat.
Okay, some of these answers might work for that individual, but medically speaking, most of the answers wouldn't work.

Acne is caused by external and internal factors. Acne starts when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin's pores. If germs get into the pores, the result can be swelling, redness, and pus. You do not get acne from eating chocolate or greasy foods. Hormone fluctuations and imbalances can wreck havok on your skin.

Washing your face with soap or hot water or wiping it down with isopropyl alcohol will just cause excessive drying of the skin. This sounds like it would make sense but all that does is cause your sebacious glands to overproduce oil to try to make up for the lack of natural oils in the skin. Healthy skin has moisture.

To help control acne, keep your skin clean. Avoid skin products that clog your pores. Look for products that say ';noncomedogenic'; on the label. Wash your skin once or twice a day with a gentle soap or acne wash. Try not to scrub or pick at your pimples. This can make them worse and can cause scars.

If you have just a few pimples to treat, you can get an acne cream without a prescription. Look for one that has benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. These work best when used just the way the label says.

It can take time to get acne under control. Keep using the same treatment for 6 to 8 weeks. You may even notice that it gets worse before it gets better. If your skin is not better after 8 weeks, try another product.

There is some proof about the aspirin, lemon juice, fruits and toothpaste. These all contain certain forms of acid (except for the toothpaste) that will help to exfoliate and unclogg the pores.

If your problem is caused by hormonal imbalances, you may need something like birth control pills or progesterone cream to help balance your levels of estrogen and testosterone.

I have been through it all; Proactive, antibiotics, accutaine, ect. The only thing that has worked really well for me is balancing my hormones and using homeopathic Tea tree oil on my isolated breakouts.

Also invest in a good daily moisturizer with a SPF of at least 15. The sun will only darken any spots left from previous breakouts.
Do not pick at them. You should try buying (sorry) a masque or spot cream to help. Keep bangs and hair off the forehead. Wash your face at least twice a day. Eat healthy. Toothpaste can be a quick fix too. Just apply to the zit (:
put rubbing on alchol every day it doesnt sting that much
well to get rid of acne, you have to buy something. Proactive is the answer. My brother uses it and his skin is now awesome!
if its one or two get a needle and pop it. then put some tripe antibiotic on it. dont squeeze them. is its alot...you're going to need to buy something. try talking to a skin doctor.
I KNOW YOU ARE GOING TO HATE THE ANSWER, BUT DO NOT WEAR MAKE-UP FOR ONE WEEK STRIGHT. IN THIS WEEK WASH, WASH, AND WASH YOUR FACE THREE TIMES A DAY! MY SISTER HAD THE SAME PROBLEM HAS YOU DID AND IT WORKED, BUT AFTER A WHILE YOU WILL NEED TO END UP GETTING PROACTIV BECAUSE IT WORKS THE BEST! PROMISE!
wash your face plus a good diet and daily exercise will help but what ever you do do not put toothpaste on it only makes you brake out more trust me my friend has pimples and he knows better
go get proactive
