Wash your face more, keep your hands off your face... You may want to try maken sure your hands are clean %26amp; with the hottest water you can stand wash your face just hot water no soap rubben with a clean white wash towel (no dyes) about 2 minutes or so then with a dry white towel dry your face. Keep hands off.... Do this a few times a day %26amp; you should see a difference without chemicals... my boyfriend puts soap on em. (use bar soap if you can; liquid if that's all you have around); they're gone the next day. be careful though; i tried it and it burned--literally burned--my skin, and it hurt for several days. but my skin is really sensitive, and he never has a problem. personally, i found that toothpaste doesn't work, but that's just me. good luck.
i had a zit last week (nasty) and i squeezed some lemon juice on it and left it on for a few hours, then i put some strong, minty toothpaste on the zit %26amp; left it on overnight. When i woke up the zit had faded a lot and the next day it was gone.

you can put a small amount of honey on the area when you go to sleep and put a bandaid over it...it will be nearly gone when you wake up...trust me..i do it and my face is 99% clear
Try putting toothpaste on the pimple..it will dry it out.
