wash your arm pits with soap and water. be sure to fully dry out your armpits with a towell before putting your shirt on. if you are still getting blemishes then try to change your deodorant because your skin might be allergic to some of the ingredients. Use deodorant (arm and hamor has good ingredients) instead of an anti-perspirent because that could be the issue as well. I used to have acne on my face, but I not take a pill called doxycycline. It kills all harmful bacteria in your skin to stop blackheads and zits, it also makes your skin less oily, but not dry. It makes me very sensitive to sun. But it definetly works.How do i get rid of under arm pimples/zits/blemishes?
